The “Buy now and pay 2010” Option
Under the conditions of this option it is possible to take delivery of a new Amdega conservatory or orangery and not have to start paying the balance back for 9 months.
If this option is used when buying a conservatory or orangery costing £50,000 then the re-payment plan could work out as:
- Conservatory or orangery Cash price = £50,000
- Deposit (minimum 45%) = £22,500
- Either pay the cash price within 9 months of delivery or pay 120 monthly payments of £539.83
- Total amount payable (Assuming that the cash price is not paid within 9 months) = £ 87,279.60.
- APR 19.9% variable
The “Beat the Bank Rate at 6.9% APR” Option
Despite all the uncertainty that currently exists in the mortgage and loans market Amdega have been able to secure the excellent unsecured rate of just 6.9%. On top of this low rate Amdega have been able to ensure that there are no administration or valuation fees to pay.
Using this option when buying a new Amdega conservatory or orangery costing £50,000 could lead to the following re-payment scheme:
- Conservatory or orangery Cash price = £50,000
- Deposit (minimum 45%) = £22,500
- 120 monthly payments of £315.43
- Total payable = £60,351.60
- APR 6.9% variable
